Second, as the automobile electronic control device of automobile industry's core technology, such as engine control system, transmission control system, the key technologies are in the hands of foreign large automobile group hands, domestic enterprises do not have sufficient technical strength and financial resources involved in this field. Secondly, the domestic automotive electronics enterprises are small in scale, enhance the technological progress and shortage of funds makes the manufacturers unable to take into account the ability of independent innovation, thus restricting the scale of development related companies and the influence of brand promotion. The domestic automotive electronics industry are marginalized in the two aspects of technology and profits, not to occupy the dominant position, this trend will be a direct threat to the healthy development of the national automobile industry, and even endanger the national security at a particular moment.
To this end, it is recommended that:
1., the government will guide the automotive industry chain, establish a proprietary brand, core technology and key components, especially electronic control parts and high-performance power battery common technology platform.
2., introduce the government's support policy for the common technology platform, and establish a funding mechanism and feasible and effective input channels.
